I. Step by step help selecting the best renovation team for your project

We start by helping you envision what's possible while keeping in mind your budget and what will create the most value, both for your personal enjoyment and for the future resale of your home. For instance, we often bring in top Real Estate professionals in the planning phase to advise on whether or not you'd be over-improving for your neighborhood and the current market conditions. Once we have the Scope of Work written, we introduce you to select architects, contractors, and interior designers and provide you with an 'apples to apples' detailed analysis of their proposals.

We make selecting all the fixtures and finishes for your project as quick and easy as possible by curating options based on your taste and budget before visiting showrooms. We have long standing relationships with the best local showroom reps, suppliers, and artisans in order to give you great options to choose from and help you make informed decisions. We also provide the contractor with all of the quotes and spec sheets needed in an organized master spec document. In addition, as we make each selection, you'll be provided with a budget overview so we can see where we're at every step of the way.
