Laundry Room Transformed
Kat Hillock
Kiawah Island Renovation
This used to be a laundry room next to the kitchen that shut out beautiful light from the rest of the main floor living areas. The Architecture firm of Bevan & Liberatos relocated the laundry to the second floor next to the 4 quest bedrooms and added a second laundry on the main floor adjoining the master closet.
They connected the former laundry room to the main living spaces with a beautiful paneled cased opening and designed a new serving pantry with a Sub-Zero wine fridge, ice maker, and a Wolf built-in coffee maker. Other features include a bar sink and plenty of storage next to the dining room for glasses and linens.
